Research Themes

Research in AGIM revolves around four themes that have forged the name of the laboratory:

This theme addresses several aspects of the aging of the reproductive and urinary human function. The objectives are to improve the efficiency of MAP techniques and to develop new therapeutic strategies.

The objective is to design, evaluate, validate and deploy networks of sensors and physical and physiological actuators, embedded, multimodal and communicating, and implement them in multi-perceptual intelligent environments.

The study of inflammation at the biochemical and cellular level contributes to a better understanding of the effects of oxygen reactive derivatives and of innate immunity in inflammatory and chronic degenerative pathologies.

modeling of infectious diseasesModeling activities of AGIM concern three main areas: the understanding of the mechanisms governing the dynamics of large networks of genetic and metabolic control, the modeling of infectious diseases, the estimation of parameters of evolutionary phenomena in time and space.
